Linda, I had no idea about the many false teachings in the church back when we still lived in Inglewood. It is infuriating to me that supposedly mature Christians believed and taught such terrible false doctrines to you (and others) When we are young and immature in the Lord, we trust adults to teach us the truth! It's easy to misinterpret Scripture and misunderstand it when we are immature, so when the adults end up being just as ignorant, it is downright scary. WOW! I am very thankful that despite all you were being taught, you reached out to me when I had become a prodigal. Also, I understand better now why you had such fear for me when I decided to move to South Carolina to be a part of the church here.

Have you found a church there that teaches truth? I am discovering that they a few and far between.

I have been doing a lot of writing, but I'm going to start a substack account.

You shared a little of this with me in the past episode but this post goes into much more depth. So strange the things we believe, they are illogical but we're not ready to question them and shake up our world. Love and hugs to you 🤗

It's so weird to look back on things we took in without question. Love and hugs to you, too!
